At that age, early signs of irregularities can be observed that are easier to monitor than to correct later.<\/p>\n<h2>Why so early, while the baby teeth are still falling out?<\/h2>\n<p>At that stage, the orthodontist does not necessarily plan treatment, but rather observes jaw growth and the eruption pattern of the permanent teeth. If something worth monitoring is detected, it is easier to intervene while growth is still ongoing.<\/p>\n<h2>Signs worth mentioning to a dentist<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The child breathes through the mouth or snores during sleep<\/li>\n<li>Late or early loss of primary teeth<\/li>\n<li>Difficulty chewing or biting<\/li>\n<li>Thumb-sucking habit that lasts longer than usual<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What if the examination shows that therapy is not yet needed?<\/h2>\n<p>That is a common and completely good outcome.
